About the Website
History of Architecture Weebly website was created in 2010. Its purpose was to provide architecture students from Phinma Cagayan de Oro College a quick and easy reference for their assignments and study of architectural history.
This website is a photo compilation of important architectural and engineering structures through out history. It is arranged by architectural styles from Prehistoric, Western, Asian to Filipino. Building selections were based on PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College Architecture Department course outline and book references (see references). Contents presented in this website might differ from other institutions.

About PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College
Cagayan de Oro College (COC) was established back in 1948 as Parent-Teacher College - a nonpolitical and nonsectarian educational institution. The school served the youth and working individuals by providing education from the primary to the tertiary levels.
Cagayan de Oro College was acquired in 2005 by the PHINMA Group and renamed as PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College.
