Class Etiquette
Students who are late (depending on the class schedule) will be considered 1/2 day absent. Eating (including popping chewing gum) and drinking (except for bottled water) in the classroom is prohibited. Talking and other activities which are not related to the class discussion should be avoided. Class sit-ins are allowed provided proper decorum/behavior is observed. All mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or in silent mode. Disruptive students will be removed from the class and sanctioned as per school policy.
Absences
Any student exceeding six (6) absences will be considered officially dropped from the class. Absences will affect a students class standing. Please see Grading System for the Grade Score for Absences. For absences due to medical reasons, the student must present a medical certificate duly certified by the school clinic. For absences due to school sanctioned activity, a student must present a signed note from the activity organizer or coordinator. Tardiness
Class begins at the time published in the official college class schedule. Students who are not in the classroom when the bell rings or at the scheduled time are considered late.
Assignment

Incomplete Assignments or Assignments submitted two days after will no longer be accepted and shall receive a grade of zero (0) percent.
